Since then I’ve rested and had a chance to think things thru and I know I’ve got to discipline myself, I’ve got to set goals, and I have to make proper choices. Today I’ve determined to clean up my eating habits and start physically training. In addition to Tae Kwon Do (TKD) twice a week, and during the other three days I’ll run on the treadmill (at least until this weather warms up), and do some Tae Bo, play some basketball, and free weight training. In addition to this, I’ll really strive to do 150 pushups a day (was doing this when I was at 187lbs.) and half as many crunches/situps, in addition to doing 25 pull-ups daily. Way I figure it, if I’m gonna enter the dragon, I’ve got to be prepared to slay it.

"And" you will need 40 hours spare time a week, to get cardio lungs, endurance, and do all them exercises. " NO WAY ", You've got kids and 4 jobs.

Little brother: time is the one thing we've all got. How we spend it determines the end result. Who needs 4o hrs. Face it, all it takes is 1/2 hr - 1hr a day to get in shape. Let me "enlighten" you and I'll open your eyes. Besides, I've got to be in better shape to beat you in the wheelchair / scooter races when we get older;)
