Spring came strong today and everywhere I turned, I spotted another steel pony blasting away leaving a loud rumble in it's wake. The allure was overwhelming and I ditched the day's activities to take to the road myself, along with my youngest son to steer into the wind.We rode my trusty steed on a circular route thru southern Licking county and northern Perry county and eventually made our way back via back county roads while jamming to the tune of AC/DC with my Chatterbox with dual headsets. After a couple of hours we drifted back into Heath and stopped at one of my favorite watering holes, Caribou Coffee. There we relaxed and I savored a cup of regular joe while my son finished off a hot cocoa while complaining his butt ached from an uncomfortable seat. I would have to agree that beyond a couple of hours, the factory OEM seat does wear on the backside and I strongly entertain thoughts to buy a Mustang seat for my pony. At any rate, it was a good ride spending time with my son and running into the wind leaving behind a rumble for those whom would follow in my path. Ride on!
