Checked my blood pressure today. It is 136 over 85, which is the best it has been for a while. Since I've started exercising, it appears my blood pressure is beginning to fall near to the "normal" stage. I have been watching my blood pressure for a couple of months and it was continually high. I decided then if my BP didn't drop near normal with exercise and change of diet, I would see the doctor, whom I know wouldn've prescribed pills for BP & cholesterol.
Had a great workout this morning working on core exercises & slinging dumbbells!
Hope this small victory today is the beginning of many & a normal drug-free lifestyle.
