Starting weight = 216.6lbs. Not a big loss, but still making progress toward my goal.
I stumbled this weekend and drank a few beers (no more than 2 per sitting) and too much late evening snacks (Beer/pretzels Fri PM, hot fudge sundae Sat PM & then beer later PM, yogurt smoothie, Harry & David Strawberry Chocolates, pretzels, and cheese slice). Not a good trend, but I will work to avoid this tendency moving forward.
Great workout this morning with dumbbells & core exercises!
