Took Tuesday off. Felt off & very fatigued. Went hunting for about an hour that morning andtook it easy remainder of day. Even took a nap.Wednesday was a very productive day. Had a good round of morning weight lifting, core exercises, and Martial arts that evening. Felt sore in upper body, but I've come to expect this. Doing well when eating. Portions are smaller. No more than 1 cola per day, 2 cups of coffee, and fewer snacks.
Today, off to good start. Although the weather isn't being cooperative (1/4" snow, 27 degrees with wind gusts up to 20-25mph), I still went for my 1.3 mile walk & .7 mile jog for a total 2 mile circuit. Lot's of heavy breathing, but working thru it. Legs burn like crazy too.
Hoping & praying YMCA family membership is approved for a reduced yearly membership fee so my entire family can workout. Enjoyed & used frequently last year.
