Week is off to a greatstart! Finally dropped below 219 lbs and now at 217.6 lbs. Between reducing portion sizes, not eating seconds, and reducing amount of pop I drink, I think i'm finally making headway in this battle to shed pounds.Starting week working out Mon, Wed, and Fri doing exercises using dumbbells and targeting my love handles and entire midsection, and walking/jogging on Tues, Thurs, and Saturdays. Will continue mixing in Martial Arts, playing basketball, and other activities.
