Start of new week. Slacked off on P90X & jogging because of snowmaggedden. Took 1/2 mile walk yesterday, mostly uphill/downhill while outside temps in teens.
Only lost 1/2lb last week, but i'm still losing weight & not gaining.
Start P90X again, week 2 with Chest & Back today. Later this evening, Tae Kwon Do & Hapkido.
Feeling good, but lot's of stress & anxiety trying to meet deadlines and lot's of running this week.
Going to pay for YMCA membership so we can start that this week on Nautilus circuit & indoor facilities.
