Wednesday morning sitting in my office I suffered a setback in my weekly workout routine. My back went out. Not sure if it's as a result of the Plyometrics & all the jumping or from moving a trash can that was stuck in a snow bank for a friend.Irrelevent nonetheless as I've come to expect my lower back to occasionally act up. I have two fused disks in my lower spine which is compounded with arthritus. When my back goes I know I'll be down for a week at a time hunched over like the Hunchback of Notre Dame in a great deal of extreme pain. Thank God I can still stand upright & get around ok which is unusual in itself. I can only attribute this to working out and working on strengthening my back with specific rehabilitation exercises aimed at helping my spine.
It's now Sunday and I'm feeling somewhat better. Reckon Monday I'll start working out again, albeit slowly and carefully so as not to aggravate my back again.
