5/3/2010 - 208lbs

Rough weekend and strayed from my diet & drank a few more cold ones than usual.

Finished last week running 3 days last week & working in some rehab exercise for my lower back. Seems to be helping.

Did 2.25 miles today walk/jog. Doing 1 full continuous mile jog now. Working toward 1.2 miles. Need to increase the distance & duration.
