Yesterday went pretty well. Went jogging last night around 7:30pm. Very hot, humid, and stagnant but still was able to do a 5k circuit jog/walk. Can now jog one full mile before stopping to gather breath & give my legs some relief walking off the tightness in my calfs before doing another 3/4 mile jog.This afternoon Dad and I played 18 holes at one of the local golf courses. It was sunny, hot, and muggy. I finished off a 32oz bottle of ice water and a 20 oz Gatorade before we were done. Figure I lost close to 3lbs in sweat just playing thru. Very tough conditions to say the least.
To finish off the day, I had a healthy coconut fish dinner!
