Waited until 8:45pm to go for jog. It was around 86 degrees & very humid. Jogged/walked 3.5 miles tonight. First ran 1.4 miles in about 15 minutes (which is pretty good for me in this smothering heat). Walked another 2/10ths, and then jogged another mile before finishing the rest of circuit walking & stretching to cool down.Not bad after working 17 hours straight the day before, then catching 4.5 hrs of sleep and then back up at 6:30am this morning to start again.
Feeling better each time I go out.
