Running plans & MapMyRun

After playing 18 holes of golf today, I decided to finish off the day running. I went to the nearby bike trail and successfully achieved my objective for the evening and felt good coming off the run. I can feel a difference the training my son & I is paying dividends and my endurance is improving.

Later while cruising the internet, I checked out a similar running program called The Couch-to-5K ® Running Plan. You can check it out here. I also visited a good site for mapping ones' runs too at MapMyRun. Once you register for free, you can easily map circuits you've completed. I mapped at least 4 separate routes I've completed.
