Interesting read, but unrealistic for many of us baby boomers. I don't know about most people, but to have to workout more & increase resistance training each year as I get older is a real pain, literally. It takes longer to recover and the aches & pains are more frequent than when I was younger. There comes a point where just healthy living and reduced intake (eating) have to be the real goal to maintain an active healthy lifestyle.
