Ran 5k circuit today and shaved 7 minutes from my last workout. Completed entire 5k in 46 minutes, which ain't great, but it is my best time yet. Improving on speed and endurance, but the knees hurt like hell tonight. Already taken 4 Tylenol and now 1 Naproxen Sodium Tablet. This is probably my only complaint about jogging is the dull nagging knee pain. Will research this to see what solutions I can come up with to resolve this. For now, take a break until Friday when I walk a couple miles, and then run the 5k on Saturday.
