Overall I ran the 5k in 41:44 with a pace of 13:28 and placed 5th in male 45-49 age group. Jericho finished 4th in the male 13-17 age group. Not bad for two newbs.
It was a beautiful sunny 23 degrees this morning and I got to spend time celebrating this victory with my son. What more can a father ask for!
