Just started my fitness routine today with my son. We signed up earlier this week for a yearly membership at the Advantage Club. Slow start at 10am this morning, but have much confidence & not too out of shape to begin with. My weight is about 215lbs, but I know what I need to do to lose about 15lbs in about 4-5 weeks and keep it off. Primarily I need to workout regularly & modify my eating habits.
After our orientation with the Sybex circuit, we went about our workouts of which I ran/walked about 35 mins on the treadmill. Afterwards, I worked out on the Sybex machines to familiarize myself with each unit and test my stamina & limits. Very fatigued to say the least considering I haven't worked out since November 4th. Boy, do I feel it today!
