Ink Newbie

After a year of stalling and sorting through many choices, I finally decided on the tattoo I wanted to get. I wanted it in a location that wasn't in your face, had a christian theme to it, and looked cool.
I chose Defining Skin in Westerville, Ohio. I also selected Sharon Kissel as my tattoo artist. She is a very nice christian woman who drew up my idea and put it to ink on my left arm. It was about a 3.5 hour session and came out well with little scabbing or otherwise during the healing process in the following week or two. As time permits, I'll add a video too.

The shop was very clean, professional, and reasonable on prices. Although my wife isn't a big fan of tatts, she still went along with me getting inked, but not before she ratted me out to her dad, whom is an old Baptist/Pentecostal preacher. He questioned me about it and what the Word says about it,  and I respectfully pointed out some other scripture in the Bible that is contrary to some old beliefs in the Old Testament. Regardless, I still got it done and will enjoy using it as a testimony to my walk in this life and to witness to those around me that inquire.

Keep on ridin!
