The picture says it all!We (my son & I) are now on week 9, workout 1 and we're supposed to walk 5 mins/jog 23 mins/walk 5 mins each workout 3x week. I did it, but struggled from beginning to end. I figured by now I would start getting used to jogging, but I still have to get past the starting part and keep my pace going.
I was winded. My calves burned. My lungs ached. My throat burned. I sweated...hard.
It's hard to be motivated and motivate my son too, but I'm pressing on toward the goal to finish the race and achieve running a 5k marathon.
