Nothing better than scheduling 3 day weekends during late spring/early summer months. This weekend was exceptional. Started my 3 day weekend with Friday off from work. Ended up getting my son up at 5am and meeting my dad to go fishing by 6am. We were on Buckeye Lake fishing by 6:30AM with a fresh cup of coffee in one hand and a fishing pole in the other. Although the fishing was slow, all three of us (me, my son, and my dad) all managed to catch crappies. Did get to see a Blue Heron catch a catfish while we're fishing around Cranberry Marsh (Click on image below to see larger picture):
All in all an exceptional way to start the weekend. To top off the weekend, my niece graduated from Heath High School today. Fortunately, even with scattered rain showers, everything went off without a hitch - jf
