Christmas is over. New Years Eve is approaching. Thank goodness the new year is almost here!I've inhaled my share of cookies, buckeyes, pies, and left a trail of crumbs anyone can follow. In the process I know I've gained back a few pounds.
This week I have made the decision not to weigh myself until the Sunday after New Years Day and try to finish this week strong. During the next few days I'm gonna work toward getting back to the weight I was at (219 lbs) prior to Christmas and end the year on a good note.
I have to admit it's tough to get motivated again to workout, especially with the crappy weather outside. However, I gotta do it. Need to take care of myself.
