Very sick today but it hasn't slowed me down, yet. I wonder if being sick again is a result of years of neglect to my physical health and improper eating.After filling the role of chauffeur today for a friend and then my better half, I finally arrived home tonight and decided to avoid the recliner (and napping) in favor of going for a brisk chilly walk. Suppose I should rest but I don't want my goals to be compromised by falling back into the snare of excuses that would prevent me from exercising, including excuse of being sick. Funny how a brisk walk in 33 degree weather will clear ones' head, however it isn't helping my level of energy tonight. I still feel run over by a Mack truck. If I can do some of my core exercises tonight, I'll call it a good day.
Weigh in tomorrow morning. Optimistic I've reduced my heavy load a pound or so ;)
