Week 2 - 227lbs

Update: It's now day 2 of 2nd week since I started. Holding steady at 227lbs. I have a long road ahead but am confident I can do it.

Still taking daily walks but changing the route to include more difficulty. Longer routes. More uphill routes. Increase walking speed. Adding more water intake too, which I've always been led to believe is crucial even for every day living. Decreasing food portions at lunch & dinner too, but will not starve myself or sacrifice enjoying some good food.

I know one thing for sure, I still don't like diet pop. Nasty after taste. Yech!!
