Great workout yesterday (Thursday). Did the P90X Shoulders, Chest & Arms circuit. Tough routine but I finished both sets, bonus workout, and worked the abs & obliques too.Went to YMCA tonight and walked 1/2 mile, jogged 1 mile, and walked last 1/2 mile uphill up on a 10 degree incline. Toughed it out but got 'er done. One day to go and then rest on Sunday.
