After trying for 2 hours to wake up, get myself together, and getting motivated, I finally started workout at 9:30am. Part of my lack of motivation is S.A.D, part of it's life, but I got it together and did the Shoulders & Arms routine of P90X + some of Ab Ripper (can't do all exercises because of my back). Tough workout but I finished the entire set.To finish the day, I will teach Martial Arts this evening for an hour & a half.
