Very sore today from P90X workout yesterday. Shoulders, chest, and upper back paying the price today. Experiencing some nausea & sour stomach today. Did a 2 mile circuit today once I started feeling better this afternoon.Circuit includes 1.2 mile walk and .8 mile jog (non-contiguous). Getting closer to 1/2 of circuit in jog length which is my immediate goal. Eventually hope to jog one continuous mile. Still struggling to gain my wind and leg endurance. Confident I'll get there before end of February.
