I tried it and I was right! P90X is totally intense. I made it through about 3/4 of Day 1 of the Chest & Back routine and had to stop. I became lightheaded and very close to throwing up, not to mention totally fatigued.
Pushups & pullups are the primary emphasis with some dumbbell routines thrown in a couple of spots to work the back. Very tough program! Start slow & set realistic goals. This program seems geared more toward those who are in their twenties or thirties. For good measure & for the experience, I'll continue rest of program this week to see if this is worth continuing.
