3-23-10

2.25 mile walk/jog circuit yesterday & martial arts last night. Great workouts but have much work to do to overcome the physical wall I've hit. I've stalled at 210lbs and can't seem to get below it and I am struggling much to jog a full continuous mile. I just don't have the lung endurance & my legs fatigue too easily, but I will persevere & push thru.
