Week is off to a great start! Spring is in the air and I've been enjoying the warmer weather & sunny days. Yesterday I taught & trained in the Martial Arts for an hour & a half. Today I completed a 2.25 mile walk/jog circuit with my youngest son while it was still nice outside. Not bad for being off for 2 weeks from exercising.On a good note, last week wasn't a complete bust. We did have Martial Arts training two nights last week. Woo hoo!
