Today off to rough start. Got plenty of sleep but feel very fatigued. Never-the-less, I completed my 2 mile walk/jog circuit today. Not quite running a full contiguous mile on the road, but in segments until a full mile is achieved. My legs & lungs burned the whole time, but my jogging distance is increasing as time goes by. Thankfully it's a sunny 48 degrees outside which makes the circuit enjoyable.
Last night we had martial arts so I am on track for my weekly training/exercising. Later today, P90X ab ripper.
